Shipping

We ship the merchandise after the payment is confirmed.

Once we book the pick up by the delivery service, you will receive an email with the tracking number and direct link to monitor the shipment status. We do not ship to P/O boxes (except UAE, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait) and to forwarding services.

Delivering to Spain and Portugal: if you wish to receive the order in Spain or Portugal, please, provide us with your tax ID. It will be required by the Customs office in your country of destination.

For shipping to Korea and mainland China, we use EMS. For all other orders, we use TNT delivery service.

Delivery between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

Receive your purchases in 2-7 working days after your order has been placed.

Shipping fee is $40 worldwide.

Free shipping on all orders over $1000.

Should the cancellation occur when the order has already been shipped (according to the tracking), we may only issue a refund after the shipment has arrived back to the store. In this case, the shipping fee is not a subject to refund.

We do not offer DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be not included in the product price, and you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by your country.
