The shipping company and the Customs office require us to mark the price of the merchandise on the package. The duties and taxes are calculated regarding this information but not limited to it, note that you may be required to provide payment confirmation by the Customs.

We do not offer a repairs service, however in some cases the manufacturer may provide help with repairs.

How can I track my orders?
Once we book a courier pick up, you will receive an email with the tracking number and link to track your parcel.
Is my package insured and do I need to sign for my order?
All the merchandise we ship outside of Russia is fully insured against loss. You will be required to sign for your parcels upon delivery.

Simply follow the 'Forgot your password?’ link on our Sign In page and enter your email address. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password.
Is my personal information kept private?
We take a number of steps to try to protect the personal information that you provide, using a Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”) to encrypt the personal data that you send us during the order process (including any financial information such as credit or debit card details).
